Purpose of the project
EPM Adventure Resort is a game server that reproduces the Europa-Park theme park and its water world Rulantica in the popular cube game ‘Minecraft’.
It is an unofficial fan project created and run by Europa-Park fans without the active involvement of Europa-Park Company.
1. General terms and conditions of use of the website and the services offered
Use of the epm-resort.eu/en website implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, and users of the epm-resort.eu/en website are therefore advised to consult them regularly.
This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, we may decide to interrupt the website for technical maintenance purposes, in which case we will endeavour to inform users of the dates and times of the intervention in advance.
The epm-resort.eu/en website is updated regularly by Mr Jean-David LIDY. In the same way, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to read them.
2. Description of services provided
The purpose of the epm-resort.eu/en website is to provide information concerning all of the activities of the Europa-Park & Rulantica servers in Minecraft. It is in no way affiliated with Europa-Park GmbH or Mack International GmbH.
We endeavour to provide information on the epm-resort.eu/en website that is as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or failure to update information, whether caused by ourselves or by third-party partners who provide information.
All information provided on the epm-resort.eu/en website is given for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information provided on the epm-resort.eu/en website is not exhaustive. It is given subject to modifications having been made since it was put online.
3. Contractual limitations on technical data
The website cannot be held responsible for any material damage linked to the use of the website. In addition, users of the website undertake to access the website unsing recent, virus-free equipment and with an up-to-date, latest-generation browser.

We intend to comply with copyright legislation in all our publications. In the event of copyright infringement, we undertake to remove the object in question from publication after notification or to identify it with the corresponding copyright. All trademarks and registered trademarks mentioned on this website and protected by third parties are subject to the legal provisions applicable to copyrights and to the ownership rights of the corresponding registered owner. The mere fact that they are mentioned does not lead to the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties.

5. Limitation of liability
We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the epm-resort.eu/en website, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 3, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
Interactive areas (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. We reserve the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where appropriate, we also reserve the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, particularly in the event of messages of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (texts, photographs, etc.).

The epm-resort.eu/en website contains a number of hypertext links to other sites. We are unable to check the content of the sites visited in this way, and consequently accept no liability in this respect.

7. Competitions and lotteries
We may organise competitions, prize draws or promotional campaigns (hereinafter ‘competitions’).
These competitions are free to enter and there is no obligation to purchase, unless otherwise stated in specific terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions detailing the rules for entry, the criteria for awarding prizes and the conditions for selecting winners will be made available to participants for each campaign.
By taking part, the user accepts these rules and releases the association from any liability regarding:
- technical problems beyond our control (breakdowns, internet outages, software bugs, etc.),
- the non-receipt or loss of an entry,
- the inability of a winner to claim their prize for reasons beyond our control.
No prize may be exchanged for cash, substituted or refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, extend or amend any competition in the event of force majeure, without incurring any liability.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by French law and the local law applicable in Alsace-Moselle.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or enforcement falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colmar.
